The Stott Pilates Reformer is a full body workout that still integrates the body and the mind. This is a low impact, high intensity workout that can even be used by pregnant women and people healing from injuries.
Due to its full body workout, the Stott Pilates method is able to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and tone the body. It is also able to correct posture and aid in the restoration of the natural curvatures of your spine. This workout combines both strengthening and balance which is essential for optimum function in your daily life.

David graduated from the Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy in April 2002 with a 1000 hour certification in Swedish, Sports and Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapies. He is a California State Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). David is also a Level 1 Stott Certified Pilates instructor.

Sara is a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through individualized, safe and mindful movement instruction. With a certification from Synergetic Movement Pilates (2020) and a strong knowledge background in rehabilitative movement, Sara aims to create an inclusive and welcoming workout environment in every session.
