Yoga, Pilates, & Personal Training

Private Yoga Therapy & Corporate Yoga

We offer private individual yoga therapy sessions as well as on site Corporate Yoga.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a synthesis of the ageless wisdom of Yoga from the East with the most recent knowledge in complementary health from the West. Utilizing this unique wellness plan, you can:

  • Reduces stress
  • Eliminate pain
  • Increase productivity
  • Enhance energy and stamina
  • Improve mental health and well-being
  • Achieve a balanced state of body and mind

Health professionals agree that good health results from a balanced state of body and mind. Chronic illness, back pain, and stress lowers our resistance and immune system, resulting in a psycho-physiological imbalance that affects other areas of our life.

Due to its full body workout, the Stott Pilates method is able to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and tone the body. It is also able to correct posture and aid in the restoration of the natural curvatures of your spine.

This workout combines both strengthening and balance which is essential for optimum function in your daily life.
