Our Physical Rehab services provide a safe and gentle environment that will include an individualized treatment plan to help take care of patients in all phases of healing, from initial diagnosis through the restorative and preventive stages of recovery.
Our main priorities being to help our patients heal and prevent future injuries. Our patients will undergo a physical exam and evaluation, including a health history and certain testing procedures, including evaluation of posture, movement and flexibility, and of muscle and joint motion and performance.
Our treatment programs emphasize giving you tools to use at home to decrease pain as well as to carry into workouts on your own. Working with our coach also creates accountability for you to better uphold your health, recovery, and fitness goals.

Amit’s training philosophy is exactly that: a philosophy. Philo- meaning “love” and –sophos meaning “wisdom,” which is a perfect description in itself of his approach in training clients. Amit has a love for wisdom and is always learning new proven methods to incorporate in the programs he creates. As a trainer he believes in actual fitness, rather than just looking fit.
